Factory & quality
See how the cases
are made.
Cangzhou Fuhong has produced custom flight cases and protective foam interiors in Cangzhou, Hebei since 2010. Our team handles cutting, CNC foam machining, case fabrication, assembly and inspection in-house.
Inside our operation.
Factory, processing equipment and project coordination at Cangzhou Fuhong.
A clear manufacturing split.
We do not cast every latch or extrude every aluminum profile ourselves. Those standard components are purchased to the project specification. Dimensional processing, foam machining, case fabrication, assembly and order inspection are completed at our Cangzhou production site.
Handles, latches, corners, hinges, fasteners and casters.
Panel cutting and CNC foam processing to project dimensions.
Fabrication, assembly, fit checks, finish checks and packing.
Quality checks follow the approved specification.
Inspection scope follows the agreed configuration. Regulated standards and third-party tests are quoted separately when required.

What you can request.
Standards are defined by project.
If a case must meet a named performance or compliance requirement, send the standard and acceptance criteria at RFQ stage. We will confirm the applicable configuration, documentation, test method, cost and schedule before production.
What is checked before packing.
Verified against the approved drawing, not against the quotation.
Latches, hinges, handles and casters opened, closed and load tested.
Equipment placed into the routed cavities to confirm fit and removal before the order is packed.
Panel edges, laminate and routed faces inspected for defects.
Protection for transit applied consistently across the order, not case by case.
Photos or video of the finished order can be provided before shipment on request.
How to check our work without flying here.
The specification you approve is the one being checked against. This is the strongest control available to a remote buyer.
Photos of panels cut and foam routed, on request, before assembly.
Photos or video of the finished order, including hardware operation, before it is packed for dispatch.
External dimensions verified against the approved drawing rather than the quotation.
A paid prototype is the cheapest way to audit how we work before committing to volume.
Where a buyer appoints an inspection agency, tell us at quotation stage so the order is scheduled around it.
Where quality is controlled in the process.
Inspection is not a single event at the end. Each stage closes before the next opens.
Purchased panels, profiles, hardware and foam checked against the approved specification.
Panels and profiles cut to the drawing dimensions before assembly.
Equipment placed into routed cavities to confirm fit and removal before packing.
Hardware operation, finish and packing checked before the order leaves.
What the process does not promise.
We do not hold out the case as certified to any standard unless that standard was supplied and tested against.
Damage in transit is a freight insurance matter, not a production outcome.
If it is not on the approved drawing, it is not being built to.
Where a purchased component has to change, it is confirmed with you before it affects an order.
What we can put in writing.
The specification the order is built and inspected against. Every subsequent record refers back to it.
External dimensions verified against the approved drawing rather than the quotation.
Latches, hinges, handles and casters opened, closed and load tested before packing.
Equipment placed into routed cavities to confirm fit and removal before the order is packed.
Finished order photographed or filmed before dispatch, on request.
