Plywood flight cases, road cases and mobile rack systems.
About us
Cangzhou Fuhong
Electronics Co., Ltd.
A manufacturer in Cangzhou, Hebei, producing custom flight cases, protective foam interiors and cut-to-size case parts.
What we manufacture.
CNC-routed EVA, PE, XPE and PU foam configurations.
Paid samples for fit, function and handling confirmation.
Pre-cut panels, profiles, hardware and machined foam for customer assembly.
Purchased components. In-house processing and assembly.
Flight cases use standard industrial materials and hardware sourced to each approved specification. The value we add is in project definition, accurate cutting, foam machining, fabrication, assembly and order-level inspection.
Plywood, aluminum profiles, handles, latches, corners, casters and foam are selected for the confirmed build.
Panels are cut and foam cavities are CNC-machined to the project dimensions.
The case structure, hardware and interior are fitted and assembled by our production team.
Dimensions, hardware operation, foam fit, finish and packing are checked before shipment.
Who we usually work with.

01
Distributors and trading companies
Many orders are produced for partners serving overseas equipment projects.
-
02
Equipment manufacturers
Cases and foam interiors developed around the manufacturer’s equipment data.

Case assemblers
Pre-cut parts, purchased hardware and CNC-machined foam for local assembly.
Equipment and process.
A computer-controlled panel saw (KS828 type) cuts plywood and laminated panels to the approved dimensions before assembly.
Foam cavities are machined rather than hand cut, so a repeated order matches the first one.
Plywood, aluminium profiles, handles, latches, corners and casters are sourced to the approved specification. We state this plainly because it is how the industry works.
Cutting, foam machining, fabrication, assembly and order-level inspection are done by our own team in Cangzhou.
Paid samples built to the same drawings as production, so what you approve is what gets repeated.

English and Chinese.
How we work with overseas customers.
Quotations and drawings are issued in writing in English, so what you approve is what is produced.
Commercial questions and technical questions go to the same team. There is no separate trading layer to relay them.
Where fit or handling is uncertain, a paid sample is the cheaper way to find out before committing to a batch.
We state what we do not claim: no certification we have not been asked to test for, no performance guarantee that depends on a test method we were not given.
Because the specification is written down, a repeat order does not restart the conversation.
Commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment. Certificates of origin on request.
How the business developed.
A manufacturing operation that grew around custom work rather than a catalogue.
Started in Cangzhou producing protective interiors and custom case work.
CNC routing brought millimetre-level cavities into the standard offering rather than the exception.
Commercial contact through the Kowloon office, production and inspection in Cangzhou.
Production, engineering and commercial teams working the same drawings.
Four things we do not compromise on.
Written out because they affect what we will and will not quote.
Nothing enters production before a drawing is approved.
Materials and purchased components are described as they are, not dressed up.
Where fit is uncertain, a paid sample is cheaper than a bad batch.
Reorders run from the approved drawing so the tenth unit matches the first.
What we help with, and what we do not.
Translate equipment details into a workable specification, flag protection risks in a brief, and issue drawings you can check.
Advise on foam grade, panel thickness, hardware and access configuration for the transport mode you describe.
Provide inspection photos or video of the finished order before shipment on request.
Design the equipment itself, act as your importer, or arrange end-user certification on your behalf.
Where to go next.
How production and inspection are organised, and how to audit us remotely.
Drawing conventions, tolerances and the approval loop.
Trade terms, deposit and balance, and typical production windows.
