Panel cutting, CNC foam machining, fabrication, assembly and inspection.
What to include in your enquiry.
The more of these you can send, the faster a quotation becomes a production drawing. None of it is mandatory — if you only have a photo and a rough size, send that and we will work from it.
What the case or insert protects. Manufacturer and model number help.
Length × width × height, including any connectors, handles or protruding parts.
Unit weight if known. It drives panel thickness and caster choice.
One prototype, a small batch, or an annual volume — all are workable.
Air, sea, road or hand carry. It changes the protection level we recommend.
Country and, if you know it, the receiving port or airport.
The date you need it in hand, not the date you would like it shipped.
Sketches, 3D files, photos or an existing case you want matched.
A reply you can act on.
We read the requirement, check feasibility and flag anything that would affect protection, cost or lead time.
You receive pricing, the proposed specification, the lead time and the trade term in one written reply.
On request we issue a production drawing for approval before anything is cut.

Our 15-page Chinese-language brochure covering the product lines, applications, materials and order process. Download the PDF (2.3 MB). An English edition is in preparation — for English-language specifications, ask us directly.
If you want to see the operation.
Most overseas buyers never visit. If you do, this is how it is arranged.
Give as much notice as you can so the team handling your project is on site.
Specific production stages are easier to arrange than a general tour.
If you are auditing, bring the checklist and we will work through it against your project's drawing.
Where the decision is commercial rather than technical, a paid prototype answers it faster than a flight.
What to expect when you write to us.
Typically within one working day. Enquiries that include dimensions and a quantity are answered with pricing rather than questions.
English and Chinese. Drawings and quotations are issued in English by default.
Cangzhou and Hong Kong are UTC+8, which overlaps the working day in Australia, Southeast Asia and most of Europe's afternoon.
Send STEP, DXF, DWG, PDF, native files or photographs. Attachments of any size are welcome.
The Kowloon office handles quotations, documentation and shipping coordination. Technical questions are relayed to the production team the same day.
Questions we are asked most often.
Yes, and it is often the fastest start. Send a photo with a tape measure in frame and we will give a first indication, then confirm on a drawing.
No. Every case and insert is built to order, so a price list would not mean anything. The quotation is the catalogue.
One piece. Prototypes and single replacement inserts are routine rather than an exception.
Typically one working day. Enquiries that include dimensions and a quantity come back as pricing rather than as further questions.
Where a drawing or product is confidential, tell us before sending it and we will agree the basis in writing first.
The same commercial contact from quotation through shipment. Technical questions are relayed to the production team rather than to a separate office.
Pages buyers read next.
Deposit and balance, trade terms, and typical production windows.
What to send for a drawing, and the tolerance conventions we work to.
Six representative briefs and the specification behind each one.
