Overseas assembly
For overseas assembly, we can prepare pre-cut panels, profiles, purchased hardware and machined foam as one coordinated kit.
See kit supply ↗We have produced case and foam solutions for equipment used in drone and UAV, medical and laboratory, AV and rack, and precision-instrument projects. Many overseas orders are placed through trading companies and distributors.
Aircraft, payloads, ground stations, batteries and field accessories.
Case and foam layouts developed to the buyer’s material, cleaning and documentation requirements.
Road cases and rack systems planned around access and mobility.
Defined positions and cushioning for inspection and field tools.
Performance standards and regulated-use requirements are project-specific. Test methods, acceptance criteria and third-party documentation are agreed before testing.
The paid prototype is an approval tool. It helps confirm fit, handling and assembly before repeat production.

REAL FACTORY PROCESS · CANGZHOU
Established in 2010, Cangzhou Fuhong produces custom flight cases and protective foam interiors in Cangzhou, Hebei. Standard panels, aluminum profiles and hardware are purchased to the approved specification; cutting, CNC foam machining, case fabrication, assembly and final checks are completed by our own production team.
Each order is built from the confirmed dimensions, hardware layout and interior drawing.
These photographs show Cangzhou Fuhong's factory, team and finished-case work. Buyers can also request current workshop video, approved drawings, prototype records and pre-shipment inspection photos for their order.

Handles, latches, hinges, casters and braced caster boards specified per build and sourced to the approved specification.
Paid samples built to the same drawings as production, so approval means something.
Unit price against a defined specification, with the quantity and volume basis stated.

Items that are priced separately are listed as excluded rather than left out silently.
We build from one. That is not a marketing line — it is the reason most of our first orders exist at all. A single prototype, a replacement case for one piece of equipment, or a spare insert is a normal order here.
A one-off order carries the design and setup work that a batch spreads across many units. That is why the first unit costs more than the fifth, and why reorders run from the approved drawing at a lower unit price.
The same inputs as a batch: equipment dimensions, transport mode, quantity and destination. Nothing about the process changes because the quantity is one.
